We're very disappointed with Northline Motors. They made promises and they never come through. We purchased a Lexus RX350 and got 1 set of keys we were told in 2 weeks to come back and get the 2nd set of keys... It is now over a month and still no keys! The salesman Sam was so aggressive when we call back, telling us it's a used car. Now we realized the car also had no jack, but we're still getting the run around from Sam. He is not the right person for this job! They need to do better and live up to their promises and expectations.

Absolute best when it comes to their mechanic shop. Service manager responds within the same hour, always tries to accommodate your schedule and their mechanics are very knowledgeable. Will not take my vehicles anywhere else for repairs or maintenance. PS. prices are WAY better than OEM dealers.
